Vendors need to be set up by 8:00am to be available to attendees from the start of check-in/registration before the keynote in the morning. Vendors need to be attending their tables during all workshops and passing times between workshops and during lunch. Clean-up must be completed entirely by 5:00pm when the campus closes altogether. Up to two persons may attend to help man your table. For $50, the Basic Vendor Table does not include lunch or access to the workshops, so please bring your own food. For $100, the Upgraded Vendor Table includes lunch for two and access to the workshops as long as the table has someone attending it at all times. LTI is not responsible for valuables left unattended at the conference.
